Antigua & Barbuda has extended their current Citizenship Program prices for an additional 30 days. In an official memo released yesterday, the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) have outlined upcoming changes to the program, including price increases as detailed below. This extension provides investors with a unique opportunity to secure citizenship at unchanged rates before the new prices take effect.

New Prices:

– $230,000 for a family of 1-4 (NDF)

– $245,000 for 5 individuals (NDF)

– $300,000 (inclusive of processing fees) for a family of 6 under the UWI Investment option

– $325,000 minimum investment threshold for real estate

Existing Prices:

– $130,000 for a family of 1-4 (NDF)

– $145,000 for 5 individuals (NDF)

– $150,000 (inclusive of processing fees) for a family of 6 under the UWI Investment option

– $200,000 minimum investment threshold for real estate

With only 5 weeks remaining, investors have extra time to consider their options and start the application process with a 3-week grace period to complete all necessary paperwork requirements.
