The Greek Government has announced yesterday that from now on they will
accept the following:
1. The clients will not need to come to Athens in order to open bank
account. They can do it by power of attorney to our lawyers.
2. The clients can give power of attorney to out lawyers to sign any
purchase contract on behalf of the clients.
3. The lawyers can apply for the Golden visa without the clients need to
come to Greece.
All the above can be done by a power of attorney that we will prepare to you
for any client and will be send to u in the next few days. The client has to
sign the power of attorney at the Greek embassy after he fix an appoitment.
The only duty of the client is that he has to visit Greece once he gets
approved to give BIOMETRIC for his Golden visa.
